Icon, text, external link

Registered trade marks can be superscripted 

• This component can be authored by editors.
  
• This component requires a short description on why the author recommends the external site with the logo of the site or a similar image to represent the site.

• On clicking the link, site leaving pop up is displayed with an option of choosing 'OK' or 'Cancel'. On click of OK, the user is navigated to the external link in a new tab.  On click of CANCEL, the pop-up is dismissed & the user remains on the same tab.
• The arrow beside the title denotes that the site is external.
• When the checkbox "Not under BMS Authority" is checked the icon becomes dark gray color, and when unchecked the icon is of light gray color.
• The link URL, link name and image are mandatory fields. The component will append even if we don't add an image, but the image area will become blank.
• Option to either superscript/subscript trademark symbols on link titles.
