Patient Wallet Card is a vCard that can be attached to email messages, sent via MMS, on instant messaging or through QR code. This is a digital version of physical card. User can create an account and add their medical information like name, address information, phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc.

• The user will be presented with the form to fill in the details. To keep the treatment and oncologist information close by, the user can create this contact card for future reference. This card can be printed out, or saved digitally to user's device for easy access.

• On click of  Download Card as PDF  the user will also have an option to print the Wallet card. Here the details filled in the form will be captured as  and presented in PDF and this can be used by the user for future reference.

• On click of Save to your Contacts the user will also have an option to save their wallet card information in their email contacts and phone contacts. 

1. When User clicks on  Save to your Contacts in mobile device, the website saves the contact information directly to the user's phone contacts ensuring that patient's medical information is readily available in their mobile device's address book.
2. When User clicks on  Save to your Contacts from a laptop/desktop, the vCard file gets downloaded. The user can import this file into their email application(such as Outlook or Gmail).
   

• Patient Wallet card can be authored by Editors.
• The form consists of four required fields and includes validation to ensure accurate data entry.
• After the form is filled out, it displays a preview of how the card will appear before user downloads it.
• On clicking Create another card the forms gets reset to fill the details again.
• The contents which will be present in the downloadable PDF and also the content of the Preview page will be authored by the Editors.
• The wallet card form closes when clicked outside the form.
