• This component can be authored by Editors  & it appears on top of the page with a sticky behaviour.
• Top Banner can be  either configured at global level or at a page specific level. If not configured at a page level, it is inherited from the locale page.
• Editors can hide the Top Banner  for certain pages by configuring page properties.
• Background color, text color and text can be modified by editors in the component.
  
• The text in the top Banner is always center aligned.
• Based on the requirement, editors can configure the component with a combination of text & link. for text editing options refer to Text Formats page.
